NEM CHUA FRIED RICE

Ingredients:
- 200g Thai fragrant rice
- 4 slices Nem Chua (fermented pork)
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of Fish sauce
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
Preparation:
- Cook 200g of rice. Rice should not be too soft. Let cool rice.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Cut Nem Chua into cubes.
- In a bowl, beat eggs.
- In a pan, fry oil and onion.
- Add the rice, pieces of Nem Chua, fish sauce, salt and pepper.
- Pour the beaten eggs, mix well to prevent the rice from burning at the bottom of the pan. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Ready to serve
