CHICKEN SAUTEED WITH BASIL

Ingredients:
- 300g chopped chicken fillet
- 30g minced garlic
- 1 pepper
- 10g basil
- 1 tablespoon of red curry from Oriental Kitchen
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons of water
Preparation:
- Heat your pan, put a little vegetable oil, sautéing minced garlic first, then add chopped chicken fillet and and fry until the small pieces are not sticked together.
- Add the cut pepper, red curry, fish sauce and 2 tablespoons of water; fry everything until the sauce become thick.
- At the end, add the basil and fry for 10 seconds. Ready to serve.
LAMB KEBABS WITH CURRY
Recipe preparation: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200g chopped lamb fillet
- 30g onion
- 10g garlic
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon of red curry with Oriental -Kitchen
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- First put the onion, garlic and water in a blender to obtain a juice. Then add the red curry, sugar and salt; marinate the lamb pieces for two hours in the juice.
- Preheat oven to 250 ° C
- Skewer the pieces of lamb fillet to form 8 kebabs, place on a baking tray , leave in the oven for about 5 minutes and serve.
BEEF WITH RED CURRY

- 60g sliced beef
- 40g chopped green pepper
- 10g chopped chives
- 10g garlic thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons of red curry from Oriental Kitchen
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of water
Preparation:
- Heat a pan and put 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. First, fry the sliced beef until it becomes mid-cooked; then put on a plate and reserve.
- Fry the pieces of chives and garlic over low heat; then add the sliced peppers and the rest of ingredients. At the end, add the sliced beef, fry over high heat for 10 seconds.
- Ready to serve.
BEEF STIR FRY RED CURRY

- 200g of sliced beef
- ½ teaspoon of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon tapioca
Seasoning:
- 40g chopped green pepper
- 40g chopped red pepper
- ½ teaspoon of fish sauce
- ½ teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon of red curry with Oriental -Kitchen
Preparation:
- Mix the ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan; put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the marinated of sliced beef until mid-cooked.
- Add the chopped peppers and other ingredients, sautéing for 10 seconds.
- Ready to serve.
