LAMB KEBABS WITH THE SATE SAUCE

Ingredients:
- 200g Lamb fillet
- 50g Onion
- 10g Garlic
- 10g Galangal
- 8 bamboo skewers
- Sesame seed
- 60cl of water
Ingredients for seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon of Saté powder from Oriental Kitchen
- 1/4 teaspoon of fennel powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- One tablespoon of red sugar
Preparation:
- Place the onion, garlic, galangal and water in a blender and turn them into fruit vegetable juice, filter out the residue, retain only the juice. Cut the lamb fillet into small pieces.
- Add fennel powder, nutmeg powder, salt and sugar in the juice of vegetables, all mixed well to turn it into a pasty sauce marinade. Pour the sauce on the lamb fillets and let marinate for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 250 ° C, skewer the pieces of lamb fillet to form 4 skewers, place on a baking tray and let broil for about 5 minutes until the surface is golden skewers and fragrant.

Preparation:

Preparation:

Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the Saté powder with water.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and mix with cornstarch (each piece must be covered).
- Cut the onion and tomato into slices.
- Fry the chicken with oil. When they are golden, add the tomato and onion.
- Pour the Saté sauce over, and simmer for 10 good minutes, then add the fish sauce.
- Serve with jasmine rice.

Preparation:
- Heat a pan, put a little vegetable oil, grill salmon lobes on low heat until the both sides become golden
